He firmly believes the phenomenal success of his business can only be attributed to his old-fashioned values of honesty, integrity, dependability and affordability. He is a Trane master technician, but has a vast knowledge of all air conditioning makes and models. His vision for Southern Comfort Mechanical is that his customers will recommend him and his company as the premier provider for all products & services Southern Comfort Mechanical offers. Laurie Fraser

Co-Owner

With over a decade of experience in the customer service industry and public relations, Laurie Fraser dedicates herself completely to her standard of unconditional customer satisfaction. Laurie's office management proficiency and commitment to customer service has provided her with an unsurpassed reputation. She too has resided in the Lake Dallas/Lewisville Area all her life and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of North Texas. Shane Dendy

Service Technician

Southern Comfort Mechanical employes only highly trained and high integrity service technicians. Shane Dendy is no exception. A native Texan from Whitney, TX, Shane served in the Navy and has a real aptitude for fixing heating and air conditioning systems. Shane is TRANE certified, as are all Southern Comfort Mechanical technicians, and has 10 years heating and air conditioning experience. Shane has been married for 9 years and has a son, age 8. He enjoys fishing and coaching baseball.
