Energy Star Tax Credit for 2010

ONLY GOOD FOR THIS YEAR!!!

Tax Credits are available through the new stimulus package. The new law will allow homeowners to claim 30% of the costs (up to a $1,500 limit) for the installation of higher efficiency HVAC systems in the tax years 2009 and 2010. This is an average of a 30% savings with the installation of a new high efficiency heating and cooling system. "Everyone can use a tax break," So now is the time to upgrade your heating and air conditioning system. The tax credits will help homeowners offset the upfront investment and shorten their payback period. Qualifying heating and cooling equipment under this stimulus package must meet certain efficiency ratings established by the U.S. Department of Energy.
